Return & Warranty Policy

1. 7-Day Replacement Policy

If your package arrives damaged in transit, missing included attachments, or exhibits any electrical malfunctioning, you are eligible for an immediate doorstep replacement within 7 calendar days of receipt.

2. 1-Year Official Warranty

All CartLux electronics and appliances (Audio gear, Smartwatches, Kitchen appliances, and Wellness devices) include a full 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering internal circuitry, motor operation, and battery integrity.

3. Return Pickup & Refund Processing

Once a replacement or return request is logged with our Customer Support team, Shiprocket will schedule a doorstep return pickup. Authorized refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, or NetBanking) via Razorpay within 3 to 5 banking days.
