1. Order Dispatch Timeline

All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are verified, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment center on the exact same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

2. Delivery Estimates

We partner with premier courier networks through Shiprocket (including Blue Dart Express, Delhivery Air, Xpressbees, and DTDC). Estimated transit durations:

• Tier 1 Metros (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 3 Business Days.
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities & Rest of India: 3 to 5 Business Days.
• Remote / Special Postal Zones: 5 to 7 Business Days.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer Complimentary Express Shipping on all domestic prepaid orders over ₹999. For orders below this threshold, a flat nominal handling fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Upon courier pickup, your Order Reference Number is synchronized with live Shiprocket tracking. You can visit our Track Order page at any time to inspect live shipment milestones.
